Application: This valve controls the water level in pools and water towers. Inside, a specially reinforced nylon diaphragm divides the valve into upper and lower chambers. When the water level in the system reaches the preset point, the float-operated pilot valve closes first, followed by the main valve, instantly stopping the water supply.
If the pool’s water level drops below the set threshold, the float-operated pilot valve automatically opens, triggering the main valve to reopen and rapidly refill the pool with water.
This valve is easy to install, saving valuable space, and requires minimal maintenance. It’s highly reliable, durable, and offers precise liquid-level control—plus, the water level remains unaffected by fluctuations in water pressure. Its design ensures dependable performance, and the main valve can be easily separated from the control valve for convenient servicing.
When the water level in the pool or tank drops and the float valve opens to allow drainage, the pressurized water from the inlet pipe lifts the internal piston, opening the sealing surface and enabling the valve to resume water flow. Conversely, as the water level rises to the control line, the float-operated pilot valve shuts off, causing the piston to descend and seal the opening—thus halting the water supply.
