Application: The safety-type anti-fouling isolation valve is constructed by integrating a drain device between two check valves. The upper chamber of the drain device is connected via a high-pressure hose to the inlet end of the first-stage check valve. Both the primary and secondary check valves consist of components such as the main valve body, valve cover, valve disc sealing gasket, and spring. Meanwhile, the drain device itself comprises standard parts like the valve body, valve cover, diaphragm, valve disc, sealing plate, valve core, valve seat, and spring. In contrast, the conventional anti-fouling isolation valve is simply formed by connecting two check valves in series.
Application: The anti-backflow isolation valve is a safety device designed to prevent contamination in potable water pipelines. Developed and engineered in-house by our factory, leveraging advanced foreign technology, this innovative valve ensures safe and reliable protection against drinking water backflow, thereby safeguarding the hygiene and safety of your household water supply.

Usage:
Especially suitable for handling and regulating intermittent flows of corrosive wastewater containing sand and silt.
Features:

1. It features excellent joint rigidity and superior sealing performance, with its sealing leakage rate significantly lower than the AWWAC501 standard set by the American Water Works Association.
2. The gate disconnectors come in round and 2-square designs, and are available in buried-hinge, suspended, and flanged versions that can be connected to pipelines.
3. The actuator is available in manual 3 and electric versions. The electric version offers reliable and safe control, with operation modes including on-site handling, remote control, and computer-programmed management.
4. The gate valve's easily worn parts and the valve stem are made from stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.

Usage:
This valve is a low-pressure gate valve featuring copper-to-copper sealing surfaces, making it one of the most commonly used shut-off valves. It is widely employed in water supply and drainage piping systems across industries such as power generation, hydropower, petroleum, gas, metallurgy, chemical processing, and construction—serving as an essential device for controlling, regulating, or completely stopping the flow of media.
Features:
A. The wedge-type rigid single-plate design is simple, compact in size, and highly reliable in operation. It is suitable for use in environments involving various media and pressures at both ambient and moderate temperatures.
B. The internal flow channel of the valve body is straight-through, meaning the medium flows through the gate valve without changing its direction, resulting in low flow resistance.

It is widely applied in water supply and drainage systems across industries such as power generation, hydropower, petroleum, gas, metallurgy, chemical engineering, coal mining, and urban construction—serving as an essential device for controlling, regulating, or simply opening and closing the flow of various media.
Features:
A. The wedge-type rigid single-plate design is simple in structure, compact in size, and highly reliable in operation. It is suitable for a wide range of media and pressures—ranging from ambient to moderate temperatures. B. The internal circular channel within the valve body provides a straight-through path for the medium, ensuring that the flow direction remains unchanged as the fluid passes through the gate valve, resulting in low flow resistance.
